The Ask: Organizational Design Makeover

The Goal: Pose questions to identify dysfunctional aspects of TMG work flow, procedures, structures and systems, to realign them to fit current TMG goals

​

The Execution:

  1. Restructured recruitment to develop teams with niche skills that align best with client needs

  2. Organized frequent roundtable creative brainstorms to catalyze ideation

  3. Developed a check-in & feedback system that ultimately diminished the hierarchical culture between members and the executive directors
